The small village of Castelrotto certainly deserves a visit: from above the hill on which stands the nineteenth-century church of Sant'Ulderico with its bell tower a wonderful view sweeps over the lower Valpolicella Classica and its surroundings.

The historic center of Castelrotto is well preserved: the town was built around an ancient castle, of which, however, only a few ruins remain.

From here you can enjoy a unique view of vineyards, those that have made the cellars of Valpolicella renowned throughout the world, olive groves and Venetian villas surrounded by tall cypress trees.
